Group Supervision
Group Supervision for Professional Teams
Group supervision is a collaborative process in which a supervisor works with a team of professionals to provide guidance, feedback, and support. Rooted in the principles of systemic therapy, group supervision emphasizes the interconnectedness of relationships, dynamics, and systems within the professional context.
Engaging a skilled group supervisor brings numerous benefits, including the creation of a safe and structured space for exploring complex professional challenges, gaining insights from diverse perspectives, and enhancing problem-solving through shared knowledge and experiences. The group setting allows participants to practice reflective skills, improve relational competencies, and build confidence in their work.
