Navigating Stress in the 'New Normal'
This workshop covers how to manage stress in the unpredictable world we find ourselves in. So many people are fatigued and are finding that previous self-care strategies just aren't effective anymore. Facilitators Lauren and Alex will discuss preventative psychological strategies, as well as learning tools to use in the moment, when life feels overwhelming. We'll have time for self-reflection, a bit of fun and lots of learning. It can be difficult to prioritise time for yourself - how about making this the first step?
This workshop will incorporate some Tapping techniques (also called EFT) which you can read more about here.
